| Peccole Park, located on the campus of the University of Nevada, hosted professional baseball for three years (2006-08) before the Reno Aces arrived in town in 2009. The Golden League's Reno Silver Sox did not bother trying to compete with the Aces. Peccole Park looks fine for a college facility the artificial turf and metal bleachers don't make it conducive to pro baseball. I was unable to get inside on my visit here in the summer of 2010. |
