| I stopped here during the summer of '99, but only to take pictures. It appears to be a nice enough park for the Appalachian League, but certainly no higher. Though they did host a Carolina League team as well during the '98 season. The seating areas are all metal - with about half individual bucket seats and half just backless bleachers. The park is set in a state park, so the backdrop is rather unspectacular as can be seen from the pictures. |
