| Bulkeley Stadium was home to professional baseball in Hartford from 1921-1952. Teams such as the Hartford Chiefs and Hartford Bees played here during this time. Amazingly, no professional baseball has been played in Hartford since 1952. Bulkeley Stadium was torn down in 1955, but fortunately the historical marker pictured above was erected in 1998.
