| Sulphur Dell was the home to professional baseball in Nashville until 1963. In 1969 the ballpark was demolished. It was located just north of the state capitol along the Cumberland River. Today the site is occupied by parking lots. The historical marker above is placed at the site on 4th Ave North. |
