| Privateer Park was a temporary home to the New Orleans Zephyrs from 1993-96 while they were waiting for Zephyr Field to be constructed. It is located on the campus of the University of New Orleans and today is used exclusively by the college baseball team. The ballpark consists of mostly metal bleachers with just a few chairback seats. It is a bit surprising to think a AAA team played here for four years, though it is perfectly suited for college baseball. |
