| Stotz Field, located across the street from Historic Bowman Field, is the birthplace of Little League baseball. At this location, Carl Stotz built the first Little League field in 1938. And then starting in 1947, the Little League World Series was played here for 12 years. In 2014, it was dedicated as a National Historic Site. |
