The Saginaw Fairgrounds saw professional baseball from 1940-41 when the Michigan State League had a franchise here. Once Saginaw Memorial Stadium was built, the Fairgrounds were no longer used for baseball. After hosting harness racing for 25 years, the fairgrounds was put up for sale in 2005. There has been no buyer yet, so the site and grandstand don't appear to be receiving any upkeep. Unfortunately, the site is locked up tight, so trying to get good photos of it is impossible.
