Cardinal Stadium is where the Louisville franchise played its home games before moving into brand new Louisville Slugger Park in 2000. I stopped by here to take some photos, but was unable to get inside, so can't comment much on it. It appears to be more suited to football with the way the seating is arranged and the artificial turf that is present. Cardinal Stadium is also another park that is located on a state fairgrounds. Due to this, it is necessary to either pay $3 or walk a good distance in order to see this park. I am unable to give any grades for this park as I never did see a game here.
