Sicks' Stadium was used for one year as a Major League baseball park. In 1969 it was host to the Seattle Pilots. Before that it had been used for minor league baseball. While nothing remains of the original park, the above marker has been erected on the site of the ballpark. The marker is in front of the Lowe's store which now occupies the property. Supposedly there is a display case of Pilots memorabilia inside the store, though I was unable to find it. Though Sicks' Stadium does not have a lot of historical significance, it is good to see that it has not been forgotten.
